  1. By accessing or participating in Lume Petals’ services, including workshops, purchasing ready-made products, or DIY kits, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

  2. Lume Petals reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or sharing via email.

  3. All transactions are governed by applicable U.S. laws.

 

 

 

 

2. Floral Workshops

 

 

  1. Booking & Payment: All workshop bookings must be completed online or via authorized channels. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  2. Cancellations & Refunds:

     

    • Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the workshop are eligible for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made 3–6 days prior will receive a 50% refund.

    • No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 48 hours of the workshop.

     

  3. Age & Safety: Workshops are open to participants of all ages; minors must be accompanied by an adult. All participants must follow safety instructions provided by instructors.

  4. Liability: Lume Petals is not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, or damages caused by participation in the workshop.

  5. Intellectual Property: Workshop materials and designs are for personal use only. Commercial use of workshop content without written consent is prohibited.

 

 

 

 

3. Ready-Made Products

 

 

  1. Ordering & Payment: All orders must be placed through the official website or authorized vendors. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

  2. Shipping & Delivery:

     

    • Lume Petals ships products within the U.S. Delivery times may vary based on location.

    • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

    • Damaged items during shipping must be reported within 2 days of delivery.

     

  3. Returns & Refunds:

     

    • Damaged or defective items can be returned within 7 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

    • Customers are responsible for proper packaging when returning items. Items returned broken due to improper packaging are not eligible for refund.

    • Customized or personalized products are non-refundable.

     

  4. Product Use: Products are intended for decorative purposes only. Lume Petals is not liable for misuse or accidents related to the product.

 

 

 

 

4. DIY Kits (Homekits)

 

 

  1. Contents & Instructions: DIY kits include all necessary materials and step-by-step instructions. Some items may require adult supervision.

  2. Order & Payment: Same as Ready-Made Products.

  3. Refunds & Exchanges:

     

    • Defective kits can be returned within 7 days for a replacement.

    • Customers are responsible for proper packaging when returning kits. Items returned broken due to improper packaging are not eligible for refund.

    • Opened or used kits are non-refundable.

     

  4. Liability: Lume Petals is not responsible for accidents, misuse, or allergic reactions related to DIY kit materials.

  5. Intellectual Property: Instructions and kit designs are for personal use only; redistribution or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.

 

 

 

 

5. Privacy & Data

 

 

  1. Lume Petals collects customer information for order fulfillment, workshop registration, and communication purposes.

  2. Customer data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

  3. By using our services, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

 

 

 

 

6. Limitation of Liability

 

 

  1. Lume Petals is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in workshops or use of products.

  2. Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service or product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of California.
