Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days, depending on whether the item is ready-made or a custom design. Ready-made items are usually shipped faster, while custom pieces may require additional time for creation.

Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Standard shipping is free for orders over $100. Shipping costs for other orders and expedited shipping are calculated at checkout.

Delivery Time

• Standard shipping: 3–7 business days within the U.S.

• Expedited shipping: 1–3 business days within the U.S.

• International shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on destination.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package.

Lost or Damaged Items
